Buffalo Boogie 5k run

So, yesterday I participated in the Buffalo Boogie 5K Run/Walk. It took place at the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge. It was exciting how many people came with families and their dogs. I enjoyed myself, despite the few rocks I ended up finding in my shoes along the way. I will definitely try to go again next year. My puppy loved getting to meet new dogs, it was a sniffing smörgåsbord. After the 5K I think she was ready to go again, but there was no way I was. The scenery along the walk was beautiful, I want to go back and take my time exploring!
